Customers need to ship the defective product(s) back first and iStarUSA will decide whether to repair or replace.
For DOA product(s), this option must be requested within 7 business days of the original invoice; for evaluation product(s), it must be requested within the evaluation period.
This option is only limited to DOA (Defective On Arrival) product(s). Once customers claim DOA product(s), iStarUSA will cross-ship new product(s) and charge for the shipped out item(s). We will credit back after we receive the defective one(s). iStarUSA will only cross-ship for the same model.
